Endora played he part in the show very well. I like her she is a evil woman. She really helped make this show a hit.
Steve Krissman
Danny Arnold, who helped develop the style and tone of the series as well as some of the supporting characters stated that the two main themes of the series were "the conflict between a powerful woman and a husband who cannot deal with that power, and the anger of a bride's mother at seeing her daughter marry beneath her." (Wikipedia)

"For your own peace of mind, Dr. Freud, do not try to analyze it" :P

Sigmund Freud, born Sigismund Schlomo Freud (6 May 1856 -- 23 September 1939), was an Austrian neurologist who became known as the founding father of psychoanalysis.--Wiki Now, with that being said and out of the way...why wasn't he bothered in the least by modern technology? Televisions weren't even around or in existence when he was alive....neither were women wearing tight fitting pant or blouses or their hair loose. LOL...

LOL!@ "Mr. Roper"...with a tan!

I loved this show and grew up watching it. I love the chemistry between them - even the fights - that was missing with the second Darrin - he was pinched and awkward and couldn't pull it off (I know he was gay but he still was an actor and should have been able to do it - especially with her - who couldn't fall in love with her?) Oh well - loved all of them nonetheless
